AGM 2017

Annual General Meeting and Conference Saturday 10th June 2017

Join us in the lovely Somerset City of Bath for this year's AGM at the The Hilton Bath City Hotel. Along with the usual business proceedings this year Kings Seeds will be giving a demonstration and Grant Smith will be talking to us about allotment beekeeping.

For those of you planning to make a weekend of things there' s a special rate of £129 per double room at the hotel, plans for a Friday evening excursion to the Bath Brew House and a choice of excursions on the Sunday.

The hotel does not have a dedicated car park and there is a one - way system around the city so if you are intending to drop people off or park at the Podium Car Park next door to the hotel please read the Parking page on the hotel website for directions and fees. All other long stay car parks are a 10-minute walk from the hotel and information about these can be found on

There are 3 Bath Park and Ride facilities in the city with bus stops in the city centre, information can be found at

The railway station has a taxi rank outside and is about a 10- minute walk from the hotel.

The Hilton Bath City Hotel is set amid the fine Georgian architecture of central Bath. Explore the rich history of Bath, voted one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, during your stay. Take in breath-taking views of the River Avon from your room and be just minutes from the Roman Baths, the Royal Crescent, the Jane Austen Centre, the SouthGate Shopping Mall and the Thermae Bath Spa. The hotel offers a restaurant, a bar, Wi-Fi and a fitness centre.

Among other delights, NAS delegates will be offered morning and afternoon tea and coffee, as well as a 3 course Hot & Cold buffet lunch.

Delegate and Proxy forms were circulated to members with the January 2017 edition of the Allotment and Leisure Gardener magazine. Proxy forms are available from Head Office. Please return to Head Office as soon as possible.
