The court hearing for the Farm Terrace tenants, to reverse a decision by the Government to close their 115 year old allotment site for housing and parking, was heard at the Royal Courts Of Justice, Westminster, London on Friday July 25th; Mr Justice Ouseley should return his verdict in the next week.

If successful, a decision will create case law and protect the ever increasing closure of and development on allotment sites throughout the UK.
